Who provides the service

AI Character Swap is operated by AI Character Swap, Hong Kong. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, with disputes handled by the courts of Hong Kong, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.

AI Character Swap is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, show, label or platform.

The service

You upload one adult character photo and one reference video, and request a character replacement using Pruna. The reference must be an H.264 MP4, 1–15 seconds long, no more than 25 MB and 1920 pixels per side. Output is requested at 720p with the source framing and audio. Preserving identity, movement, camera work and sound is the intended effect, not a guarantee that every detail will remain unchanged.

Generation and checkout depend on the live status shown on the site. When something is unavailable, the matching button stays disabled. We may change, pause or remove features.

Your source media

You must have the right to use every photo, video and audio track you submit. The people in it must be you or adults who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children, or material that violates someone's privacy, intellectual property or the law. How photos are processed and how long they are kept is described in the Privacy Policy.

Safety and results

The character photo, reference video and finished video passes an automated moderation check. Requests that do not pass are not generated or delivered.

AI video can differ from your photo in likeness, movement, framing and timing. We do not promise a particular likeness or quality, and we do not promise a completion time. Review every result before you use or share it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

Do not use the service to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful material, to impersonate someone, or to expose private information. Do not try to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

Accounts

Sign-in is required to buy credits and to generate. Choosing and previewing files works without an account. Keep your sign-in private and tell us through Support if you think your account is being misused.

Payment and credits

Credits are bought before generating, in one-off packs: Single Video for $4.99 or 3-Video Pack for $12.99. There is no subscription and nothing renews. One video uses 1 of your video credits. Credits are added once the payment processor confirms the payment.

A render that definitely fails returns the credit to your balance. If the outcome of a request is unclear, its credit stays reserved until we have checked it; do not submit the same request again in the meantime. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Ownership

You keep your rights in the source media you submit. Our interface, text and software remain ours. These terms do not transfer ownership of your material to us. You grant us and our processing providers a limited licence to store, process and transmit your inputs solely to perform your request, check safety and deliver the result. We claim no ownership of your inputs or generated video. You may use your result subject to the rights of people and third parties in the source material and applicable law; AI output may not qualify for copyright protection.

Liability

The service is provided as available. AI results can contain errors or fail to meet your expectations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific creative result. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
