Your photos, reference videos and generated videos

Choosing files creates previews on your device. Photos are re-encoded in your browser to remove camera metadata; reference videos are not re-encoded and may retain their embedded metadata. Remove sensitive metadata before selecting a video. Draft bytes can be held in your browser for up to 30 minutes to survive sign-in or checkout, and are removed when you submit, clear them or revisit an expired draft.

When you submit a request while signed in, we upload the photo and reference video to private Cloudflare R2 storage. Short-lived access links are shared with Pruna, which processes the character replacement, and SeeAPI, which checks the source photo, source video and generated result. Prompt text is also checked. These services process only the submitted media and task instructions; we do not send them your payment details. Processing may take place outside your country. Provider-held copies follow their own policies, including Pruna’s privacy notice and data processing terms; deleting a file here does not immediately delete every provider copy.

Only use media you have permission to edit, featuring yourself or consenting adults. Do not upload children's photos or videos.

How long we keep files

• Source photos and reference videos are kept for up to 24 hours after upload.
• Finished videos are kept for 6 days. Each result shows its own download deadline.
• You can delete a finished video earlier with Delete video now. This removes our stored copies of that request's media. It does not undo a completed video or refund its credit.

Automatic deletion from storage runs in the background, so physical removal can follow the deadline by a short time; access ends at the deadline. Files you have downloaded are under your control. Copies held by our service providers are governed by their own retention terms.

Accounts and payments

Sign-in is required to buy credits and to generate. Depending on how you sign in, we receive your email address and, for Google sign-in, your name and profile image. We store account identifiers, request status, credit transactions and support messages to run your account.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We store the order reference, amount, payment status and the credits you bought. We never receive your full card number.

Analytics

Optional analytics load only if they are enabled for this site and you choose Allow in the analytics bar. They receive cleaned public page paths and a small set of product steps. They never receive your photos, file names, email address, or account, request and order identifiers. You can change your choice at any time with the Analytics choices control. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to public pages and product usage. Google receives technical request information such as browser/device details and network information when the script connects. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our integration. Account, payment, support-ticket and video-history pages are excluded from analytics. See Google's privacy policy.

Security

Photos and videos are stored privately and delivered through short-lived signed links. Treat a download link as private: anyone you share it with can use it until it expires. No online service can promise complete security.

Your choices and rights

You can remove selected files before submitting, delete a finished video, and ask us to delete your account or tell you what we hold about you. Contact us through Support or at the Support page. You can request access to or correction of your personal information and raise a complaint with the privacy authority where you live. We may need to verify your account before fulfilling a request; records required for payments, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained.
