What each video credit includes

Character photo: One JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. Use yourself, a consenting adult or an original adult character.
Source video: H.264 MP4, 1–15 seconds, up to 25 MB. Each side must be 128–1920 pixels. Trim longer clips before uploading.
Video output: MP4 with the 720p processing setting and source-guided framing. Exact pixel dimensions can vary. Original audio is requested; check the final sound and synchronization.
Time and collection: Allow roughly 2–5 minutes after submission, sometimes longer for queues or safety checks. This is an estimate, not a deadline. Return to My videos once your request is saved.
Payment: Single Video: $4.99. 3-Video Pack: $12.99. Each render uses 1 video credit. Both packs use the same settings; the larger pack does not render faster. No free generation or subscription.
Private file storage: Uploaded inputs are kept for up to 24 hours and results for 6 days. Download completed videos before they expire. Local browser drafts expire after 30 minutes.

Questions and answers

How long does it take, and can I leave the page?

Allow roughly 2–5 minutes after submission; queues and safety checks can take longer. Keep the page open during upload and submission. Once the request is saved, processing continues in the background. Sign in with the same account and open My videos to check progress and download the result.

Is there a faster quality tier?

Both packs use the same 720p processing setting. Buying more credits does not increase priority or speed. There is currently no separate faster or higher-quality tier. Exact output dimensions and visual quality can vary with the source clip.

Is there a free trial or subscription?

There is no free generation trial and no subscription. Choose Single Video for $4.99 or 3-Video Pack for $12.99. Buy video credits before you generate.

What if a render fails?

A confirmed technical failure returns the video credit; a moderation block does not cost a credit. This is a credit return, not a card refund. An unclear provider result stays under review with the credit reserved—do not resubmit it. A completed result you dislike does not include a free retry or refund.

Can I request a payment refund?

Contact Support within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits in the pack have been used. Approved payment refunds go to the original payment method. Used credits are not refundable, except where mandatory consumer rights apply. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
