AI CHARACTER SWAP

AI Character Swap Examples: Real Before-and-After Video Swaps

See what this site has actually produced before you buy. The five-second celebration test below includes the source, character image and delivered result. The separate football, Shrek and music clips are community references. We have no verified superhero output to show yet, and do not label third-party work as our own.

How to make your character swap (3 steps)

  1. Upload one character photo

Use a clear photo of yourself, a consenting adult or an original adult character. Show the face and intended outfit.

  2. Upload your source clip

Bring a continuous shot of up to 15 seconds with one clear main person. You need permission to edit the video and its audio.

  3. Enter your email and pay once

Check both files, enter your delivery email and pay once. Confirmed payment starts generation in the background; you may leave and receive a private pickup link by email.

Real input and output: our celebration test

Our test, October 13, 2026: a five-second community remix as source, a fictional adult photo, and the delivered output. Same service settings, no retouching. The source was already AI-edited. This test does not verify every cartoon or costume.

The gesture follows the source, but nearby people and scenery were also redrawn. Compare all three files; one test is not a guarantee for another clip. Full test and provenance

Community references — not generated by this site

These videos illustrate the format, not verified product performance. No clip or official character is supplied as a selectable template.

Read the source, photo and result in that order

Start with the source video and watch it once without looking at the output. Notice when the hands rise, when the head turns and whether another person crosses the main subject. Then examine the character photo for visible hair, clothing and body proportions. Finally play the result at the same points. This sequence helps separate motion already present in the source from details introduced by the replacement. Our source was itself a community AI remix, so this test does not establish performance on an untouched broadcast. Keep that limitation in mind when choosing your own footage.

Inspect the ear-cup gesture and the surrounding people

For the celebration example, pause before the hands reach the ears, during contact and just after the gesture. Check whether fingers remain distinct, whether the face changes during the turn and whether sleeves merge into a nearby shirt. Watch the other people too: the published result can redraw the background and people beside the main subject. A convincing thumbnail is therefore not enough to judge the whole clip. The aim is to decide whether these visible compromises suit a playful remix. We do not claim a frame-perfect edit, exact identity preservation or a professional compositing result.

Choose a reference that answers your own question

The community football clip can help explain the idea of a cartoon player, while a music reference illustrates performance and camera motion. Neither is a benchmark for this service. If your main question is whether a costume will stay recognizable, compare the outfit in your photo with its visibility in your source. If your question is whether a kick will look coherent, inspect the ball contact and feet in that source. An example with a different action cannot settle either question. Use the linked guides to prepare a relevant input rather than assuming every reference represents a tested template.

Prepare one controlled comparison before paying

Choose a continuous shot with one obvious main adult, then trim away replays and scene changes. Use a single clear character photo showing the face and intended outfit. Save the original files locally so you can compare them with the downloaded result. If you later try another version, change one input at a time: a clearer crop of the clip or a less exaggerated character image. That makes differences easier to understand. This is a preparation method, not a promise that changing an input will fix a specific defect. Each new generation uses a paid credit.

Review the download and understand another attempt

After confirmed payment, generation runs in the background and a private pickup link arrives by email. Keep the checkout email available if you need a fresh link. Download within 30 days and inspect the full file with sound, not just the poster image. Check the opening, the fastest movement, any overlap with another person and the final frame. A completed result consumes the credit even when you prefer a different creative look. A definitely failed job follows the credit-return policy; a task with uncertain provider status is held for reconciliation. Do not place another order simply because a page is slow.

Share an edited clip with clear context

Use footage, music and character images you have permission to edit and share. The presence of a public community reference on this page does not give you rights to download or reuse its underlying material. Identify your own shared output as AI edited, and avoid implying that a real person performed an event they did not perform. Our original-adult example is a demonstration of one short workflow, not an endorsement by a player, club, artist or film studio. If your intended use requires guaranteed likeness or an unchanged background, the visible limits here may mean this tool is unsuitable.
