How to swap a football player with AI

  1. Pick the football clip

    A goal, a dribble or a celebration with one clear main player. Trim it to the moment you want: H.264 MP4, 1–15 seconds, up to 25 MB.

  2. Choose the character

    One clear photo of yourself, a consenting adult or an original character you made. Full-body photos work best for wide match shots.

  3. Upload both and swap

    Add your delivery email and pay without registering. Generation starts in the background, usually takes about 2–5 minutes, and your email receives the pickup link. Links last one hour; videos are retained for 30 days.

  4. Check it, then post

    Download within 30 days. Look at the feet, the ball and the players nearby, and label the video as AI-made when you share it.

Tips for football clips

  • One player owns the shot

    There is no manual player selection. The swap works best when the player on the ball is the biggest person in frame, not one of eleven tiny figures in a wide broadcast shot.

  • No cuts or replays

    Use one continuous camera angle. Cuts to the crowd, replays and slow-motion switches confuse the motion the character has to follow.

  • Match the body shape

    The new character takes over the run, the kick and the celebration. A very different body shape still works, but expect the legs and the ball contact to be redrawn more.

  • Expect the scene to shift

    Kits, nearby players and the stadium can be redrawn. In our test the swapped character kept the gestures while the players beside him changed slightly.

What AI was used for the Shrek football video?

Videos where a cartoon or another person plays the match are character swaps: a real football clip plus one character image, and the AI replaces the player while keeping the run, the kick and the camera. We do not know which tool each creator used. This page does the same thing with your own clip and photo.

Can I put a cartoon character in a football clip?

Use an original character you created or one you have the rights to. Well-known cartoon characters belong to their studios, so we do not supply them and you should not sell or advertise videos that use them.

Can I swap myself into a real match highlight?

Yes, if you can use that footage. We do not host or sell match video, so upload a clip you are allowed to edit and share, and your own photo or that of an adult who agreed.
